Wonderful clip! Made me wonder why the author didn’t walk up and tell the guy she loved him? He didn’t get the “hug” sign? It is kind of a universal sign. I guess he thought she meant hugging him in goodbye?
Thank you Missy for sharing this poem from this author Shel Silverstien. It brought back memories. When I was a very young gal graduated in High School 1982 , My Mom and Dad brought this book for me to enjoy reading. This is one of my favorite books to read. Have a super day! Susie
