  • Thanks for sharing! It is very interesting how they make their cheese/dairy products. It is sort of a lost art here in America. I don’t think Tillamook cheese rely on any hand made cheeses, but I may be wrong. One thing I wonder though, is how much does the smoked cheese wheel or cheese ball cost? Are they equivalent to what we would normally pay?
