  • Yeah, I do cooking every night and average 1 to 1 and half hours cook by real veg and chicken/seafood and turkey. I felt so greatly, without tired or moody. Not only that exercise almost everyday include full and half Marathon running and ride bike……..I am 52 years old guy!!! Please not use box processing food!!!! junk!!!

  • I want to mention two things that are important for you to know,

    1. Beware of non-gmo labels on a produce. It doesn’t mean it is orangic. Use various resources to know which produce with a label is actually organic. In fact, government don’t care if a label is faked. FDA never inspect 100% produces. Just do your homework, and you will be fine.

    2. It is impossible for us to get full nutrients that our body need. Have you heard of soil depletion? In other word, it is nutrient depletion of our foods.. Soil quality is not alike 100 years ago. “The alarming fact is that foods – fruits, vegetables, and grains – now being raised on millions of acres of land that no longer contain enough of certain needed nutrients, are starving us – no matter how much we eat of them” ~ US Senate Document 264…… There sre plenty studies show that we do not get full nutrients nowadays. We basically need supplements to meet our nutrients. Unfortunately, less than 1% supplement industries provide high quality and naturally supplement that came from vegetables and fruits. That means thousands of supplement industries will claim that they provide excellent supplements quality. They are actually lying and took advantage of making money…
