I’m recently deaf, for 2 years now, my husband and I have learned sign language together fairly quickly but I find that the hearing world can be a challenging place to navigate as I am in a small minority, I want to be an advocate for myself and empower people to embrace deaf culture, how can I do this and what would you say is the most efficient way to function in the hearing and deaf community together?
