Joel Barish and Chad Ludwig, the president of Oregon Association of the Deaf, sits in this video. Chad shares some of his and OAD’s concerns and activities up to now, as well as OAD’s plans for the next 5 years. Concerns vary but a major issue is on Brookdale’s assisted living facility. Brookdale is only one of two assisted living programs for the Deaf in the United States, so OAD is committed to solve Brookdale issues. Learn more about this, and other OAD activities, in the video!
