Joel visits the apartment complex being built by Deaf people. The Cuban government gave them the land on Deaf people’s condition. They built the apartment within two years. Joel meets Deaf maintenance staff with their excellent talents. They even have their own small farm growing some vegetables and fruits, too. (captioned)
