David de Keyzer is known for being the chairperson and driving force behind Clin d’Oeil, an European Deaf culture festival in Reims, France, which has been expanding to include countries outside of Europe each year. Keyzer shares the story about Clin d’Oeil’s humble beginnings all through its seven festivals and his hopes for future festivals in inspiring more Deaf culture events internationally.
